About the role:
As the People and Culture - Business Partner at Arkeus, your role will be pivotal in maintaining and improving Arkeus’ culture as we scale. Your exceptional people skills will be instrumental in ensuing our current employees are engaged in the company day-to-day activities and our employee career objectives are synchronized with the company’s goals and vision. You will also lead recruitment as Arkeus grows.
Strategic Workforce Planning: Collaborate with business leaders to forecast and plan for future workforce needs, ensuring the organisation has the right talent to achieve its goals.
Talent Management: Develop and implement strategies for talent acquisition, development, and retention to build a strong and capable workforce.
Culture and Engagement Programs: Lead initiatives to foster a positive organisational culture and improve employee engagement through various programs and activities.
Policy and Procedure Implementation: Interpret and advise on organisational policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

In this role, you will play a critical part in providing valuable support to our business development and field integration and training teams, along with responding to customer and prospect queries. The ideal candidate should possess a foundation of experience in proactive B2B customer sales with complex products. You should have the ability to analyze and interpret sales metrics, demonstrating a goal-oriented mindset. Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
By utilising your expertise, you will contribute to the development and maintenance of positive customer relationships, while ensuring the smooth operation of our sales team.
