We are seeking a Technical Talent Acquisition Partner to deliver end-to-end recruitment strategies that secure exceptional talent. In this role, you will partner with leaders to forecast hiring needs, build strong technical pipelines, and create a candidate experience that reflects our values.

About you:
Key responsibilities:
  • Partner with leaders on workforce planning and capability needs
  • Develop targeted sourcing strategies for technical and hard-to-fill roles
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing to onboarding
  • Provide market insights, benchmarking, and competitor intelligence
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, supporting interview and selection capability
  • Champion an inclusive and seamless candidate experience
  • Contribute to employer branding and EVP initiatives
  • Support ATS implementation and recruitment reporting
  • Ensure compliance with workplace legislation and company policies

Your experience and skills:
  • 3+ years of in-house talent acquisition experience
  • Track record of managing end-to-end recruitment in high-growth or scale-up environments
  • Strong sourcing capability across LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and talent communities
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
  • Data-driven approach with experience in recruitment analytics
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business or related discipline

Senior Mechanical Engineer

As a Senior Mechanical Engineer at ARKEUS you will work within a team of engineers to create complex, cutting edge mechatronics products. You will be primarily responsible for the evolution of our products for new applications. This will involve DFM activities, hand calculations and FEA modelling.

About you:

You have a strong background in Mechanical Engineering, with proven experience in developing high-value, low-volume, and complex mechatronic products. You have been hands-on through all stages of the product development lifecycle—from concept generation and detailed design to system integration, testing, and ongoing support.

You are passionate about engineering excellence and take pride in delivering robust, innovative solutions. As a senior engineer at ARKEUS, you will play a key role in shaping and driving best practices in electronics design and testing, fostering a culture of technical rigor and continuous improvement.

Your skillsets ideally include experience with designing from standards, GD&T, co-design with electronic engineers, modelling and simulation in Ansys and Solidworks. You enjoy working in multidisciplinary teams and are comfortable navigating the challenges of integrating mechanical, electronic, and software systems into cohesive, high-performance products.

Key responsibilities:
  • Lead and contribute to development of ARKEUS products ready for manufacture, taking prototype systems and developing and enhancing their design.
  • Work with the Manufacturing team to develop efficient systems and process to handle issues that arise from the testing and manufacturing process
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including electrical, software, mechanical, and manufacturing engineers.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and reports.
  • Perform system-level testing, debugging, and validation to ensure functional performance and reliability.
  • Support transition from prototype to production, including DFM (Design for Manufacturing) and DFA (Design for Assembly).
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and internal quality systems.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of product development processes and engineering best practices.

Your experience and skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in product development involving mechanical systems.
  • Strong proficiency with CAD/FEA and PBM/PLM software: SolidWorks, Ansys, etc.
  • Hands on skills are desirable: laser cutting, bending, milling, turning, finishing, etc.  
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to engineering challenges.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.

Software Engineer - RUST
Full-time - Hybrid

About the role:

As a Software Engineerat Arkeus, you’ll be at the heart of developing high-performance Rust code forour core systems and embedded platforms. You’ll work closely withcross-functional teams—ranging from machine learning to control systems—tocreate full-stack software solutions that directly power our hardware in thefield. From architecture design to field testing, your code will shape thebackbone of our evolving product ecosystem.

This role is ideal forsomeone who thrives in a fast-paced, experimental environment, where building,testing, and deploying quickly are all part of the mission. You’ll be trustedto take ownership of complex problems, deliver optimised solutions, and helppush the boundaries of what Arkeus technology can do.

About you:
  • 3+ years of commercial experience in Rust or C++ (with at least 1 year in Rust)
  • Strong grasp of performance-critical systems and algorithm optimisation
  • Comfortable working independently on complex, end-to-end engineering problems
Key responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain Rust code for Arkeus' core software stack
  • Write embedded Rust code for integrating Arkeus' hardware platforms
  • Collaborate with machine learning, and control specialists to develop full-stack solutions
  • Design software architecture for new product features
  • Troubleshoot, test, and optimise software during field testing
Your experience and skills:
  • You have 3+ years’ commercial experience with C++ or Rust; at least one years' experience with Rust
  • You have a deep understanding of how to make complex algorithms run fast
  • You are familiar with Linux environments
  • You can execute a high degree of independence on complex tasks.
  • You can quickly build proofs of concepts, and follow them through to production
