Arkeus raises A$25 million Series A to scale AI-powered sensing systems for allied defence markets

Today marks a major milestone for Arkeus.
Arkeus has raised A$25 million in a Series A funding round to accelerate the development and global deployment of its AI-powered sensing systems for autonomous platforms.
The round was led by QIC Ventures, with participation from new investors R+ VC, Folklore Ventures and DYNE Ventures, alongside continued support from Main Sequence, Salus Ventures and Beaten Zone Venture Partners.
The capital will be used to accelerate global expansion, establish advanced manufacturing capability in Queensland and the United States, and deliver Arkeus systems into operational use faster across allied defence markets.
Autonomy is only as capable as its perception. Arkeus builds AI-powered sensing systems that enable autonomous platforms to see, understand and act in complex environments, in real time, at the edge, and in degraded and contested conditions where traditional sensors struggle.
Thank you to our investors, partners, customers and the entire Arkeus team for helping us reach this point. We're just getting started.
