ELMO ISR Sensor Adopted by UK Defence Academy for Next-Generation Training

The Defence College for Military Capability Integration (DCMCI) at the Defence Academy of the United Kingdom has expanded its training asset suite to include technologies actively shaping the modern battlespace, and among them, the Arkeus ELMO ISR Sensor, was introduced through Arkeus's partner, Tanglewood Group.

ELMO is a lightweight, passive ISR sensor with onboard AI processing and configurable detection capabilities. In a training environment, that translates to hands-on exposure to how intelligence is actually generated and used in complex operational settings — not through simulation, but through direct engagement with operational-grade technology.

The expanded program reflects a broader shift in how defence education is approaching capability development.
