OTG
Autonomous, Precision Strike, Optical Seeker system.
Effective terminal guidance requires a system that performs across all operational environments, delivering target acquisition, identification, and precision strike capability with optional operator burden. Existing seeker solutions are platform-specific, rigid software architectures built on legacy ideas of signals processing pipelines that cannot adapt to dynamic conditions.
Optical Terminal Guidance (OTG) is fundamentally different, built as a Software-Defined Seeker, it has been designed as a seeker and search subsystem capable of providing autonomous search, detect, identify and seek functionality to existing loitering or autonomous munitions. This enables a blend of functions across both an autonomous wide-area search sensor — operating effectively across complex land, sea and littoral environments where passive optical search and ranging present the greatest challenge — and a precision terminal guidance system within a single module. Leveraging the ARK AI Orchestration and Data Fusion engine, OTG passively detects, recognises, tracks and geolocates all targets of interest enroute — solving the passive ranging problem through state of the art on-board perception and estimation mathematics — generating a prioritised target stack that can be transmitted before engagement begins, and maintains accurate yet passive time-to-target estimates during engagement.
OTG is designed to be hardware agnostic and can be retrofitted to existing munitions. Once launched, the OTG seeker executes a fully-integrated engagement sequence — from search and detection through classification, identification, counter-measure rejection and lock, to path-planning and terminal guidance — delivering rapid updated guidance vectors to the precise point of desired impact.
OTG delivers a complete Detect–Recognise–Track–Lock–Guide solution.
